Turtle and Shark

According to the legend an old blind women and her granddaugther jumped from the high cliff into the sea after being turned out by their village during a time of famine. When their family learned what they had done, they went to the shore guilt ridden and called the pair by name. A turtle and shark appeared and the family knew their relatives were magically transformed.

The turtle and shark lodge is a 6 room bed and breakfast that's run by some nice people that Trevor knows now. The view is breathtaking and the water so blue its easy to believe that something magical happened.

We came across the site by accident. We were looking for a beach we had heard about and in order to get to it you have to drive through the jungle on a little dirt road with huge potholes on every turn. I still can not believe that there was an actual lodge at the end of the road we went down. A picture of the road to come later.
